Storage Drop-Off & Pick-Up Information

Drop-Off Date: Saturday, October 18, 2025 at 9:00AM
Removal Date: Saturday, April 18, 2026 at 9:00AM

It is critical that everyone arrives on time at 9:00AM for both drop-off and removal. Items such as vehicles, campers, boats, and trailers are parked closely together—often with others positioned in front of them. To avoid delays and ensure a smooth process, we must coordinate the movement in a specific order. Your timely arrival helps us place or remove stored items as quickly and efficiently as possible.

All property must be dropped off and picked up on the dates listed above — no exceptions.

Storage rates are $30.00 per foot per season, for the item being stored. Please be sure to include the correct amount of feet you will be requiring.
Measurement: Car or motor home – bumper-to-bumper; camper trailer or concession trailer – hitch to bumper; boat – hitch to propeller.

All batteries must be disengaged from the vehicle/boat/camper to prevent possible combustion while in storage.

Items will be accepted on a first come, space available basis with priority given to those that have stored with us in the past.

Payment

Full non-refundable payment by credit card is required in order to submit a Winter Storage Application online.

Insurance Requirements

Hopkinton State Fair requires a certificate of insurance certifying that you have insurance that is in full force and effect from the time your property enters the grounds until departure. Such insurance shall name the Hopkinton State Fair as an additional insured and such certificates shall provide a 30-day Notice of Cancellation or Material Change to the fair, except for 10 days’ notice for non-payment of premium.

Hopkinton State Fair is NOT RESPONSIBLE for your property. Be sure notify your insurance carrier that your property is being stored at the Hopkinton State Fair.
