Concession and Exhibit Space Rental Information

Thank you for your request for information about space rental at the Hopkinton State Fair. You will find enclosed two forms. Please fill out either the inside or outside space application. If you have specific questions please give me a call at the office and I will try to answer them for you. The concession/exhibit rate is determined by the location on the grounds and crowd density.

We have a limited number of camping spaces available. If your application has been accepted we will forward to you additional information about camping and other rules and regulations.

During an average fair, we will have approximately 125,000 people on the grounds during the five days of the Hopkinton State Fair.
